Dulwich Cranbrook – New Teaching Block (Oak Lodge)

Auburn secured this project with The Dulwich Schools Trust following a competitive tender process and various proposals put forward to meet both the funding requirements and the schools preferences in terms of layout, form and speed of delivery.

The chosen solution was for an OSKOP 2D-Panellised Timber Frame system, to create the wall and roof structures for the new teaching block consisting of 6 x classrooms, associated toilet and staff spaces and extensive landscaping and car parking works.

Working closely with Modus Construction Consultants and the school leadership team, the project was delivered within an existing school site, with very close attention to ensuring our operations were completely isolated from the school to ensure safeguarding and to avoid any disruption to the school operations.

The project commenced in Jan-26 at RIBA Stage 3, and worked with our design team to hand the new building to the school in mid-August, only 5 months after commencing the foundations.
