A Specialist SEN School for Cognition and Learning in Dagenham, Essex. This project is more than just a building; it's a commitment to enhancing the learning environment for students with special educational needs. The new LLC will address the challenges of the current spread-out campus, bringing together facilities and staff in a centralised, efficient location. With a focus on community integration, the new centre will also reshape the school's presence along Heathway, creating a more inviting and accessible space for the community. We're honoured to be part of this transformative journey with Trinity School, creating a space where students can thrive and staff can provide the best care.

Auburn Group Secures PCSA for the Old Rectory Project We're proud to announce that Auburn Group Ltd has been awarded the Pre-Construction Services Agreement for the Old Rectory Project by London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. The Old Rectory, formerly a library, is now designated to be transformed into a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) learning facility. The Old Rectory Project is more than just a development; it's a commitment to nurturing the social and personal growth of youth. Focusing on those who are non-verbal and need intensive care, this project is designed to empower them to realise their full potential. As we lead the PCSA of this vital facility, our goal is to create a space where young people can thrive in a supportive environment, fostering their independence and enhancing family bonds.
We are delighted to share Auburn Group's recent collaboration with St Joseph's Care Home. The collaboration began with Auburn Group conducting a detailed assessment of the care home, focusing on: 🦺 Electrical and Mechanical Systems: Ensuring optimal function and adherence to safety standards. 👩🚒 Fire Safety Systems: A thorough review to guarantee resident safety. Building Integrity: Including crucial fire stopping measures. 🏡 Feasibility of a 22-Bed Wing Extension: Planning for future expansion to accommodate more residents. External Windows and Roof: Assessing for insulation, security, and weather protection. The first phase of refurbishment focused on the care home's back of house areas, particularly the kitchen and laundry rooms. Despite the challenges of working in a live environment, Auburn Group successfully modernised these critical areas with minimal disruption to the residents. This phase highlighted our expertise in not only construction but also in executing projects considerately in sensitive settings. This partnership between St Joseph's Care Home and Auburn Group underscores a commitment to enhancing the living conditions and safety of residents, showcasing a fusion of compassionate care with high-standard facilities.
