That's why we were delighted to attend the Year 10 Careers Fair at Mossbourne Federation Fobbing, where our team had the opportunity to introduce students to the exciting and varied world of construction.
For many young people, construction is often associated solely with on-site trades. However, the industry offers an incredible range of career opportunities, spanning everything from health and safety, surveying, and commercial management to administration, project management, engineering, and skilled trades. It is a sector that welcomes a wide variety of talents, interests, and ambitions.
Throughout the event, we enjoyed speaking with students about their future aspirations, answering their questions, and sharing our own experiences within the industry. It was encouraging to see so much enthusiasm and curiosity as students explored the many pathways available to them and discovered how diverse and rewarding a career in construction can be.
