Lundy Close Housing Development Makes Excellent Progress
Construction is progressing at a steady pace at Auburn Group’s housing development at the north end of Lundy Close, Eastwood, with the project continuing to take shape.
Blockwork has now been completed below ground level up to damp-proof course (DPC), enabling block and beam installation to progress on Plots 1 to 3. Work is also moving forward well on Plots 4 and 5.
The next major milestone will be the start of brickwork, scheduled for mid-August. This will mark an exciting stage in the development as the external walls begin to take shape and the new homes become increasingly visible on site.
It’s encouraging to see this sustainable development progressing so well and helping to deliver much-needed new homes for the local community.
