Auburn Group Inspiring the Next Generation at St Bernard’s High School Careers Fair
Deb Ellis (Marketing Manger) and Emma Burch (Accounts and Admin Assistant) at St Bernard’s High School Careers Fair
At Auburn Group, we had the pleasure of attending the careers fair at St Bernard’s High School in Westcliff, where we spoke with students about the exciting opportunities available within the construction industry.
The event welcomed students from Years 10, 11 and 13 and attracted an excellent turnout throughout the morning. It was fantastic to see such strong interest from young people eager to learn more about the diverse career paths that construction can offer.
From site-based roles and project management to engineering, surveying and specialist trades, we were able to showcase the wide range of opportunities available across the sector. Engaging with students and answering their questions provided a valuable opportunity to highlight the rewarding and varied careers that exist within the industry.
As a business, we are committed to supporting the development of future talent and helping young people understand the pathways available to them. Events like this play an important role in connecting students with employers and providing insight into the skills, experiences and opportunities that can shape successful careers.
We are proud to have been part of such a positive event and look forward to continuing to inspire the next generation to explore the many exciting possibilities that a career in construction can offer.
