Brick and Blockwork Commences at Lundy Close, Eastwood

We’re pleased to share that brick and blockwork has now commenced on site at the north end of Lundy Close, Eastwood, for Southend-on-Sea City Council, marking another important milestone in the progress of the project.

As the brickwork and blockwork begin to rise, the new homes are starting to take shape, giving a clearer indication of the character and appearance of the development.

This stage of construction provides a great visual indication of the progress being made on site, as the development moves from its structural phase towards the homes becoming increasingly recognisable.

We look forward to seeing the project continue to take shape over the coming weeks and months, as further elements of construction progress across the site.

Another positive step forward in the delivery of much-needed new homes for the local community.
