The project will provide additional teaching accommodation to support the school’s continued growth, creating high-quality learning space designed around performance, compliance and long-term durability.
Working alongside Modus Construction Consultants, who are providing Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services, Auburn Group will deliver the scheme using a compliant, offsite-led approach aligned with current Building Safety Act requirements and education sector standards.
The appointment builds on Auburn’s recent education portfolio, where programme certainty, regulatory assurance and buildability are critical. The new teaching block has been carefully developed to balance architectural intent with practical delivery, ensuring the design can be realised efficiently without compromising safety or long-term performance.
Construction is due to commence shortly, with completion targeted to meet the school’s operational requirements.
We look forward to working closely with Dulwich Preparatory Schools Trust and the wider consultant team to bring this project forward.
