Auburn Services Ltd, newly established division delivering all aspects of construction works, from individual trade packages and maintenance projects through to complete refurbishments and new-build developments, with project values ranging from £500 to approximately £1m.
 
Utilising our own directly employed, in-house skilled tradespeople, the division is fully supported by the wider group business, providing the flexibility, resources, and expertise required to successfully deliver projects of varying scale and complexity.
 
Led by an experienced management team with a strong track record in delivering projects within live and sensitive environments, we are particularly well suited to operating within schools, healthcare facilities, and occupied buildings, where careful planning, communication, and management of works are essential.
 
Alongside delivering summer holiday programmes for educational establishments, we also regularly undertake projects during term time through careful segregation of work areas, phased delivery programmes, and considerate site management, ensuring minimal disruption to staff, pupils, and day-to-day operations.
 
We also have extensive experience delivering construction works within live patient areas for healthcare providers, maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational continuity throughout the project lifecycle.
